Mr. Lalchand Munoth –

He has over 40 years of experience in the field of money management. He sets the business plans and policies of the group. Under his leadership the group has grown from strength to strength and now offers all capital market related services under one roof. He also heads various religious and charitable institutions and is a well-known philanthropist. He had participated and was honoured by shri Ashok Gehlot, Chief Minister of Rajasthan in the International Rajasthani Conclave, 2000.

Mr. Jaswant Munoth
Managing Director

He is a young and dynamic leader inspiring his colleagues to excel in customer service. He looks after personally, Merchant Banking and Portfolio Management Services. He has exposure to the international business and has been featured in India's leading magazine ‘India Today' on its cover page article 'Brats in Business'. He has also made presentation at various National and International forums including The Indus Entrepreneur (TIE) at Los Angeles, USA, where he delivered a speech on "opportunities Available in capital Market in India". He has also presented a paper on "Infrastructure Developments" at the Prestigious International Rajasthani Conclave, 2000 held at Jaipur during September, 2000. He is a commerce graduate with a  Masters Degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Bharat Munoth
Managing Director

He is a Commerce graduate with an extensive knowledge of stock markets. He takes care of Stock Broking, the Share Transfer Agency and the Depository divisions of the company. He specialises in fundamental and technical analysis of companies listed in stock exchanges and heads the equity research team. He also heads the investment committee of portfolio Management Services.

Mr. Vikas Munoth
Director

He is a Commerce graduate and holds a post-graduate diploma in Business Management specialising in Finance and Marketing. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst with special interest in fundamental and technical analysis of securities. He is the Managing Director of Munoth Industries Limited, which has a strong presence in whole sale and retail distribution of mobile phones. 

Mr. V. Sankaran,

Independent Director .

Mr. Sankaran has rich experience of over 35 years spread over both the Private Sector and Public Sector in intricate issues connected with Management of Finance including raising of foreign currency loans from International Finance Corporation, Washington, Corporate Advisory Services, Restructuring and rehabilitation of a large Sick undertaking, Preparation of Information Memorandum for identification of Strategic investors, Due diligence studies, Company Secretarial matters, Merchant Banking,  etc

Mr. Sankaran is well known in the Financial Services Industry and Professional circles of  Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. He has held various offices which include Member Secretary and Co - Chairman of Equipment Leasing Association ( India), Convener –Madras Chapter of Association of Merchant Bankers of India-1996-2000. (AMBI) and many positions with professional bodies like ICSI.

Mr.V.Sankaran is a practicing Company Secretary, Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Accounting..

Mr. Ajit Kumbhat

Mr. Ajit Kumbhat, aged around 55 years is a Practising Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years experience in finance and taxation. He is the partner of M/s. Kumbhat & Co, Chartered Accountants, Chennai. He is a director of M/s. Kumbhat Financial Services Limited; a company specializes in financial services. He is also well known person in sports field and holds various positions in different governing bodies.

Mr. Datuk C. Rajandram

He is a Fellow of Australian Society of Certified Practicing Accountants, a member of the association of Certified Public Accountants (Malaysia) and an Associate of the Bankers' Institute of Australasia. He is/was the Executive Deputy Chairman of Rating Agency Malaysia, an independent Credit Rating Agency established in 1990 in response to an emerging Malaysian Corporate bond market.

He was the Chairman of Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (CDRC), Advisor of the Central Bank of Malaysia (Bank Negara Malaysia), Secretary of the Capital Issues Committee (CIC) before his secondment to the Ministry of Finance which has give vast experience in the areas of corporate debt restructuring,  recapitalizing  financial institution, strengthening the banking system, capital market and capital issues.

Mr. Mah Sau Cheong
