MFSL is category I Merchant Banker, a member of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), Madras Stock Exchange (MSE), a dealer on Over the Counter Exchange of India (OTCEI), Share Transfer Agent (STA), and Depository Participant (DP) with NSDL and provides Portfolio Management Services (PMS). It is registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) to provide all these services.
